For a while I've wanted to create a demo of the operation of some ofmy software products and someone recommended a program called Wink forcreating Shockwave Flash files, well, I've finally tried it out withVisio and it works really nicely. CRM tool bar disappeared in Client for Outlook
Hi, The CRM menu Button bar ( on the main ruler: 'File, Edit..') dissappearedwith no reason. When I open a new mail I don't see anything to get the email tracked in CRM.I tried to check in the Tool->Options->Other->advanced Options>Add inspecified at:http://piyushmittal.wordpress.com/category/mscrm/ms-crm-troubleshotting/but I don't see there any location path, so I can't follow the instructions there..I did not make anything yet using the Client for Outlook CRM 4.0, so I don't seewhy this should happen.Thanks a lot Has it worked at all..

HTML emails have grey background
After reinstalling Outlook 2000 on repaired Win98 all incoming and outgoinghtml emails have a grey background. Even old emails which were saved inbacked-up .PST files.I don't see anywhere to 'globally' change the background colour of HTMLemail documents..

Hi, In Word 2007, I can rotate the text left or right but I need the upside down text (180 degree) in edit able format i.e. able to update in Mail Merge process. My grandson was rotating the screen on my laptop as a joke. Now every time I restart or awaken the computer the screen is rotated and proceeds to automatically correct itself. Third Party Tool to inventory Custom Fields
I am looking for a tool similiar to the Effective Rights tool to determine if/where Custom fields are being used in Server 2007. We have a growing list of fields that I would like to pare down, but need to determine if they are in use. Anybody know of one of those? Server 2007, SP2, Dec CU. You can see the list of fields defined by looking at the server settings. Since some of those may have default values it is impossible to know by inspection if they are 'in-use' or not.
